Terms and Conditions

Melton Bed Centre has set charges for delivery up to a 25 mile radius of the shop address, for delivery required outside of this radius the customer must contact us first and we will quote for a separate charge for a possible delivery.

 

On delivery of your item we will endeavour to place your item in the room of your choice, in the case of a "divan bed set only" we will be happy to assemble the divan set if the room has been cleared and a space made ready. We will be happy to move your old item outside to a place of your choice on your property.

 

Melton Bed Centre do not take away your old item unless prior arrangement has been made and a extra charge has been agreed.

 

RETURNS OR FAULTY GOODS

 

Should your items be found to be faulty or wrong, we will endeavour to rectify or replace within 7 working days often sooner if the item are in stock.

ORDERING

 

On placing your order Melton Bed Centre will contact you by phone to advise you of a delivery time and date to suit you. On stock items this can often be as soon as the same day. In items that are out of stock and require ordering, in our best efforts we try to operate a 7 working days turnaround, but in most cases this will be sooner. The customer will always be advised of the stock level and estimated time and date of delivery.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In the case of mattress’s and divan base sets, the cover colour of mattress’s may sometimes be supplied a different colour to the item in the photograph, The base colour we try to stock is charcoal grey but from time to time this may change. We do supply divan bases in other colours, if you require another colour please make contact with us prior to ordering, so that we can get the correct colour into stock.
